FAST FACTS IYC2010 Orlando Fast Facts: Date: July 15-18, 2010 Place: Orlando, Florida Registrations: Accepted beginning September 14, 2009 Registration Cost Per Person: Early Bird Bonus $115 (postmarked by January 22, 2010) Early Bird: $130 (postmarked by March 22, 2010) Convention Registration: $140 (postmarked by May 12, 2010) On Site Convention Registration: $160 Mission Experiences: A deposit of $90 per person is due with registrations postmarked no later than January 22, 2010. Hotels: We have chosen a few of the terrific hotels near the Orlando Convention Center for IYC2010. God has blessed our negotiations so that we can offer you a contracted rate of $118– $129 per room per night (varying by hotel) for up to four persons in a room. When you register for IYC, you will be given a housing code to get the special discount at our contracted hotels. We have worked very hard to keep costs down for you. In order to honor our contracts, we must meet our minimum guarantee with each hotel. For that reason, if an IYC attendee chooses to stay at a noncontracted hotel, an additional $75 will be added to that individual’s registration fee. DVD:  Two free highlight DVDs will be sent to each church that registers. (These will be mailed to your church after IYC2010.) Additional DVDs can be purchased; an order form will be available online. Again This Year: A follow-up devotional guide will be given to each student during IYC. Designated Prayer Counselors: Sign up early. IYC2012 Student Leadership Team: Applications accepted beginning September 14, 2009. Seating: We are excited to announce that the Orlando Convention Center allows us to sit together in one main service area. IMPACT Orlando: Start now and get ready to serve the city in IYC style! SeaWorld, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios are just a few of the area theme and water parks. Orlando is one of the top convention cities in the United States.
